Job Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful game update launches. Assist in creating marketing plans, coordinating promotional activities, and analyzing campaign performance. Propose data-driven improvements. Coordinate brand activations and events to increase game visibility. Support community-driven and media-focused communication efforts. Monitor key performance indicators such as user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Consolidate reports and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions. Stay on top of gaming industry trends and community behavior. Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and content creators. Translate campaign results and findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Bachelor#39;s degree completed or expected between December 2022 and December 2025 in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Digital Games, or related fields Fluent in Portuguese and English Able to work in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Able to work in a full-time position (8 hours per day) Passionate about games
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
