Background


Undergraduate student, recent graduate, or professional early in their career


Comfortable balancing execution work with analytical tasks


Prior experience in startups, consulting, operations, or research is a plus, but not required

Strong written communication in Portuguese; English reading/writing required


Ability to research unfamiliar topics and synthesize information clearly


Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines


Comfortable using digital tools (Notion, spreadsheets, outreach tools)

Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code or OpenAI Codex ) to generate scripts, automate tasks, and streamline internal processes
