Day-to-day

Run core People Ops: job postings, screening, scheduling, interview loops, scorecards, offers, background checks.
Orchestrate onboarding 30/60/90 (checklists, buddies, access provisioning, ramp-up tracking).
Maintain a clean People Database (Sheets/HRIS) and publish weekly dashboards (hiring funnel, headcount, turnover, eNPS, ramp-up) in Looker Studio/Power BI.
Coordinate performance feedback rituals: 1:1s cadence, OKR/PDI tracking, quarterly calibrations.
Drive culture engagement: pulse surveys, eNPS, recognition programs, learning paths.
Ensure LGPD compliance in HR data; manage policies, records, benefits and vendor SLAs.
Support employer branding: crisp job descriptions, LinkedIn posts, careers page updates.
Handle offboarding: exit interviews, knowledge transfer, alumni follow-up.

Weekly / monthly rituals

Weekly hiring stand-up with Founder/Managers (funnel, SLAs, blocks).
Weekly People metrics report (time-to-hire, aging, offer rate, 90-day success).
Monthly Talent Committee (calibration, succession, compensation checkpoints).
Quarterly eNPS + action plans per team.

30/60/90 deliverables

D+30: Onboarding 30/60/90 live; hiring funnel visible to leadership.
D+60: First pulse + eNPS delivered; action plans running; People dashboard v1 adopted.
D+90: darr; time-to-hire, uarr; 90-day success; early-warning for turnover in place.

Tools yoursquo;ll use

ATS/HRIS (your stack), Google Workspace, Looker Studio / Power BI, spreadsheets, survey tools; light automations (Apps Script/Zapier/Make).

KPIs yoursquo;ll own

Time-to-hire, offer-accept rate, 90-day success rate, voluntary turnover, eNPS, hiring manager satisfaction, SLA compliance per vacancy.

People Culture Analyst Opportunity (For Unicamp Graduates)
We are looking for a dynamic Unicamp graduate (from any field!) who has about one year of experience in any role involving team coordination, project support, or process improvement. You donrsquo;t need an Economics backgroundmdash;just a passion for learning and a willingness to dive into the world of People Culture.
Who We Need:

A Unicamp graduate from any majormdash;be it Engineering, Social Sciences, or even more creative fields.
Approximately one year of experience in any role that involved organizing tasks, helping run projects, or supporting team processes.
Someone who is curious and adaptable, comfortable with using spreadsheets, dabbling in data analysis, or improving processes.

Relevant Undergrad Research Areas:
We welcome candidates who did undergraduate research or projects in areas like organizational behavior, applied statistics, technology management, or any team-based process improvement.
What Yoursquo;ll Do:
Yoursquo;ll help build and run our People Culture processes from the ground up, support hiring and onboarding, create simple dashboards, and ensure a great employee experience
